Sara Wear moved to Northwest Arkansas in 2003 from Tulsa, Oklahoma after earning her Bachelor's Degree in Business Management. Following her move to NWA and seeing first-hand all the possibilities the local real estate market had to offer, she knew right away that she wanted to make a difference in the lives of her fellow neighbors!

Sara's dedication and commitment to her work and clients is unmatched! She earned the #1 salesperson award for Coldwell Banker for the entire state of Arkansas in 2007 and is well on her way again in 2008.

Chuck Simmons
Chuck Simmons grew up in the real estate business. Being exposed to real estate throughout childhood, his parents made very successful careers for themselves in real estate and eventually founded their own company.

Upon graduation from the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville in 1998 with a BS in Marketing, he went on to obtain his real estate license and went to work in the business as well.

Having held a real estate license since 1998, Chuck has been in the Northwest Arkansas market long enough to see the dramatic changes over the past several years-as well as the continued growth potential for the future of Northwest Arkansas.
